Central Bedfordshire Implementation Strategy
The December 2007 proposal for Central Bedfordshire set out the way in which the new authority could operate and how it was proposed to go about creating the new Council. The Implementation Strategy sets out in great detail the Governance Structure that will achieve a seamless transition to the new structure of local Government in our area. The Implementation Strategy was agreed by the Central Bedfordshire Shadow Executive on 10 April 2008.

Senior Management Structure
The top-level corporate management structure was set out in the Central Bedfordshire proposals. Following the agreement of the Central Bedfordshire management structure consisting of a Chief Executive and five Directors, a new structure chart has been produced showing the Heads of Service reporting to each of the Directors.
